EA3:  ki te mōhio, ki te whakamārama ngā kōrero o tētahi whakatauki.

Ka tūtuki pai ahau
Ngā kōrero o tōku whakaaro.
He pikitia rānei.
4.   Naku te rourou nau te rourou ka ora ai te iwi



To me this whakatauki means with your basket and my basket the people will live. I think this refers to the mahi and the combination of resources to get ahead. I think this proverb can be very useful to people when talking at the marae.
When it comes to doing my school work, to me this whakatauki means ‘With my matauranga and Kohuroas knowledge we can get the project or whatever we are working on completed.
