Switching Sides

This week I read an article about changing the road code in Samoa.  In summary the article talks about the most common reason for  choices was to be the same as the neighbours,which was safer and more convenient.And Samoa,too,is now like it’s pacific neighbours.

One fact I found interesting was that after hundreds of years driving on the left hand side the Samoans changed to the right.Samoa was the first country in 40 Years to switch sides.

My learning goal was to use strategies to work out the meaning of new words. I know I was  successful because I used my brain and I read the book in two days for homework and I used strategies to help me.One of the words I got stuck on was campaigns what helped me to work out campaigns was using my prior knowledge.
