I.A.L.T: be able to complete 2 desserts with in a time frame. To be able to achieve this I need to make sure that I follow the recipe and make sure that I have the right equipment.

I also had to make sure that I had a reflection to go with my work to show what I enjoyed, what was challenging and what I completed within the time frame.
